Crystal Johnson is a Charlottesville native who lives in the City of Promise footprint with her family. Crystal is a dedicated Community School Director with a passion for community engagement.

In her role, Crystal oversees a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experience for students and providing essential resources for families. Crystal is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that bridges community and schools.

Outside of her professional life, Crystal is passionate about theater, and making sure everyone has access to come alive on stage. Crystal believes in the power of education to transform lives and is dedicated to making a positive difference in her community.
